Chiwalking, a technique that applies the efficient movement principles of Tai Chi with two main objectives: minimize effort and avoid injury.
We will learn to create a good posture, we'll chiwalk for a while and finally, whoever wants, will try a few steps of Chirunning. So everybody can join in, there is no need to have experience in
running before. Come and enjoy the activity !
